Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ CA CC will get the preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Finance/ Accounts, Tally, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion, Garments, Garments Accessories, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be well acquainted with tally and ERP software.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ Meet financial accounting objective.
∎ Ensure credibility of department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecast Finance.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
∎ Ledger reconciliations.
∎ VAT audit and VDS knowledge.
∎ To Prepare audit report
∎ Perform other task as assigned by authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge and skills in related field.
∎ Must be experienced handling all banks correspondence, liaison and coordination with them.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
