Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Data Entry, bank reconciliation, billing process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all books of accounts in accordance with IAS & IFRS compliance in ERP.
∎ Ensure smooth payment management system for supplier.
∎ Calculate TDS & VDS monthly for management reporting.
∎ Collect & maintain bank related documents for accounting record.
∎ Ensure depot bill check and smooth depot operation.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation report monthly for management review.
∎ Maintain all import related documents and ensure record keeping in ERP.
∎ Ensure smooth depot operation thorough effective cash management.
∎ Prepare raw material cost calculation for every LC to determine absolute product cost.
∎ Prepare statutory financial statements for external audit.
∎ Support external auditor for audit finalization, providing documents and process understanding.
∎ Prepare different report daily, weekly, monthly, bio monthly, quarterly and yearly for management reporting.
∎ Prepare documents and others calculation for Tax & VAT authorities.
∎ Any other report or task assign by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency on MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel, Tally software.
