Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries, Aquaculture & Marine Science
∎ Graduate from public university will get priority

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AQUA MEDICINE, Communication, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Fisheries, Pharmaceuticals
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and achieve sales target through maximizing marketing activities.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the territory as per company's vision and mission.
∎ Build trusty relation with business stakeholders.* Report daily/weekly/monthly regarding sales, collection and competitor activities.
∎ Visit farms (Aquaculture, Poultry & Dairy), Doctor, Consultants and Dealers.
∎ Any other assigned job by the superior related to the arena.
∎ Accountable for the area wise product life cycle management, product portfolio & strategies.
∎ Gather, manage & prioritize market/customer requirements.
∎ Manage short & long-term product planning (demand & forecasting) and implementation marketing strategic plans which influences sales.
∎ Ensure appropriate product training & knowledge sharing with sales colleagues & stakeholders.
∎ Arrange scientific seminar, congress, awareness program.
∎ Monitor competitors’ marketing & sales activities and report monthly and modified operating plan accordingly aligned with higher management.
∎ Supervising and monitoring performance levels of Aqua product segments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have valid driving licencse.

Salary: Negotiable
