Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ BBA/MBA in any discipline but preferably in Marketing from any reputed Private/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge in Power Tools but not mandatory.
∎ To visit new customer and collect order.
∎ To make strong relationship with customer.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing clients with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for expansion of product market (Such as Wholesalers & Retailers).
∎ Handle customer complain & update complain to servicing department for quick solutions.
∎ Achieve the sales target fixed by the management.
∎ Assist Head of Marketing & Sales in Sales Promotional activities.
∎ Ensure that guidelines and policies set the management are followed.
∎ To assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
∎ Submission of Daily/Weekly visiting/Activity report to the Head of Marketing & Sales.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Direct Selling/ Marketing skills by understanding client's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 01 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in any reputed company in Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Strong communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Proficient in MS office, excel, power point, mail communication, browsing Internet online base ERP etc.
∎ Candidates having at least 01 year experience in Power Tools as well as Hand Tools Sales will get privilege.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ Ability to work independently, self-motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to adjust to and work with teams.
∎ Confidence & creative.
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
