∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in construction materials, particularly in bricks, blocks, related brick-block products or related industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of Block Bricks products and market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 3-Hole Hollow Block
∎ Plain Solid Brick
∎ Uni Paver Cement Block
∎ Solid Logo Brick
∎ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans for Block Bricks products.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets between 30,000 to 50,000 pieces.
∎ Prepare sales reports and forecasts regularly.
∎ Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
∎ Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ Salam Green Bricks and Blocks is seeking a motivated and dynamic Officer – Sales & Marketing specializing in Block Bricks to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our block brick products with a monthly sales volume target ranging from 30,000 pcs to 50,000 pcs.
