• Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant training with field interest will be considered.

ACI Shrimp Genetics supports farmers through field-based technical services, including pond condition assessment, water quality and parameter testing, disease prevention guidance, and implementation of best aquaculture practices to ensure improved productivity and long-term sustainability.
ACI Shrimp Genetics is seeking an Officer, Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to shrimp farmers, identifying pond-related issues, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting the effective use of ACI Shrimp Genetics products & other aqua solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Visit farmers’ ponds regularly to assess water quality, pond conditions, and shrimp health, and identify technical issues.

• Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong relationships, support product availability, generate leads, and coordinate farmer-level technical services and sales activities.

• Promote technical solution & other Aqua solutions of ACI Shrimp genetics by conducting water testing and other pond parameter and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure collection of sales proceed from technical service package.

• Guide farmers on best practices for pond preparation, water management, disease prevention, and sustainability.

• Support farmers in resolving technical problems to improve survival rate and productivity of PL & Juvenile.

• Maintain records of field visits, test results, farmer feedback, and corrective measures taken.

• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for complex issues and follow-up support.

• Educate farmers on proper usage of ACI Shrimp Genetics’ products and technical services.

• Arrange group discussion, farmer meeting for marketing & feedback and take technical session.
