Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Shrimp Genetics is a new business of ACI Agrolink Ltd., specializing in the nursing of healthy shrimp post larvae (PL). The company focuses on leveraging advanced genetic and nursing technologies to enhance the quality and resilience of shrimp, catering to the needs of shrimp farmers. To support its operations, ACI Shrimp Genetics is looking for Officer, Sales & Marketing responsible for marketing and support sales activities. This role involves engaging with potential customers, promoting the company`s products, collecting feedback from customers and providing advisory to ensure customer satisfaction and thus drive business growth.
Execute weekly visit plan to collect feedback of weekly sales via own network as well as Agent’s network.
Provide technical advisory after completion of one to one feedback session, record and maintain data during feedback sessions.
Coordinate with sales channel for smooth sale of products.
Facilitate to organize training sessions, workshop and seminar for farmers to make community aware about importance of sustainable shrimp farming.
Provide insight on shrimp productivity, growth, marketing techniques to management.
Maintain necessary documentation, prepare necessary reports and keep effective communication with respective management.
Keep effective liaison with all internal and external stakeholders for smooth operation of the nursery.
