Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively seek out and identify potential buyer, both individuals and corporate clients.
∎ Answer any queries by the potential buyers.
∎ Conduct property tours, showcase available properties and highlight their unique selling points.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
∎ Stay up to date about property trends, property values, legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Attend property fairs, industry events and conferences.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ 1-2 years of experience in Sales especially in real estate will be an added advantage
∎ Must be familiar with in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
Salary: Negotiable
