Responsibilities & Context:
Continuous market visit & conduct Market and Distributor Audit as per requirement.
Reviewing and verifying sales transactions, invoices, and receipts to ensure company policies and accounting standards.
Reconciling sales data with financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve.
Generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with other departments to improve sales processes and internal controls to minimize errors and fraud risks.
Keeping comprehensive records of all sales-related activities and audits for future reference.
Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance.
