∎ Graduate/ Masters/Textile Engineer from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise in solving of technical issues related to bulk production;
∎ Communicate with designers, expose unit, coordinators and merchandising team for development issues;
∎ Ensure sample development, plan and deliver;
∎ Knowledge about art work, costing and consumption;
∎ Knowledge of Chemical & Physical test parameters;
∎ Knowledge about expose (image) and Mesh Selection for Design Wise;
∎ Technical Solution in bulk production for different types of print;
∎ In depth knowledge about machine and table Operation with Digital & sublimation;
∎ Aptitude to solve production related problems;
∎ Knowledge of dyes, color & chemical printing;
∎ Capable of inventing new print technique.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Strong people management skills
∎ Leadership skill
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Familiar in MS-Office.
