Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters/Textile Engineer from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To give in-house print approval;
∎ Follow print quality from test cutting to bulk production;
∎ Analysis the print quality in test cutting stage discuss with cutting section for any additional requirements;
∎ To conduct AQL in-line/Final/Dispatch;
∎ Give technical solution during bulk / size set stage;
∎ Maintain customer’s relationship;
∎ Follow up all buyer audit requirements /RSL requirements;
∎ Give training facilities for new employee;
∎ Maintain all the document hard & soft copy for future.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in related field
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical and problem-solving ability
∎ Planning and project management skills
∎ Able to lead and motivate a team
∎ Strategic approach to work in any time and place
∎ Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
∎ Attention to detail
∎ An understanding and appreciation of other people's work and disciplines
∎ Familiar with reporting, emailing, messaging
∎ Fluent with both in Bangle and English
∎ Have a good computer skill especially in MS word, Excel and power point
∎ Self-motivating and hard working
∎ Involving with continues self and department improvement
∎ Persistence and the ability to influence others
