• Strong knowledge of garment quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Good understanding of AQL, inspection procedures, and quality tools.

• Lingerie Product (Bra, Boxer, Panty) Knowledge will be preferred.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer – GPQ/QS. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring product quality, maintaining buyer standards, and supporting the quality system across the factory. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and finished products meet buyer requirements, international quality standards, and safety compliance.

• Collect complete order file, shade band, test report, approved sample, and trims card from merchandiser.

• Attend the PP meeting and explain all important information to subordinates for effective implementation.

• Cross-check bulk materials and packing accessories to ensure they meet buyer requirements.

• Monitor product safety and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.

• Cross-check high DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) in production lines and provide appropriate decisions to improve quality.

• Ensure regular sewing in-line inspections, sewing audits, finishing checks, finishing audits, pre-final and final inspections as per shipment schedule.

• Circulate and implement updated or changed information from buyer side effectively on the sewing floor.

• Follow up to ensure factory operations align with buyer requirements and instructions.

• Collect and follow up on all test-related sample reports from in-house labs and third parties before shipment.

• Assist in maintaining and updating Quality System (QS) documentation and procedures.

• Support during buyer audits and third-party inspections.

• Promote continuous improvement practices within the quality system.
