Job Context:
∎ Amana Food and Consumer Products Limited is a subsidiary concern of well renowned Company "Amana Group Ltd."
∎ We are Looking Some Product wise Production Personel who are the direct Product maker and able to production the Following Product Like Vermichili, Lacha Semai, Candy Item, Juice Item, dry Chips item, fry Chanachur Item, Detergent Item, Pesticide Item,Beverage Item Etc.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Food and Consumer product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and maintaining production schedules
∎ Sound knoweldge about the formula and Production procedure and able to production in self method.
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Overseeing production processes
∎ Monitoring production timescales and schedules as necessary
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
∎ Supervising the work of junior staffs
∎ Organizing and conducting relevant training sessions
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost effective
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of workers
∎ Focusing on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to product/production line to enter new markets or grow existing territories.
∎ Handling logistics, warehousing and stock of raw materials used in production.
∎ Analyzing budgets, continuously control production costs, and identify/rectify waste measures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound technical knowledge related to packaging unit machinery and related operations
∎ Knowledge of ISO and related quality and safety standards
∎ Good communication and people management skills

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
