Job Context:
∎ Must be IEP/Process Audit and Textile work experience.
∎ Candidate who lives near factory will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fabric booking wise Textile production follow up (internal & external)
∎ Grey fabric & Finished Fabrics fault reasons find out
∎ Order wise yarn movement and process loss follow up.
∎ Additional or short fabric requirement investigation
∎ Lab test / Yarn test, Panel check report
∎ Accessories bills, Dyeing bills (party/supplier),
∎ Production plan/chart/flow follow up,
∎ All accessories reconcile with cost sheet and booking sheet,
∎ Knitting & Dyeing Sub-contract follow up, performance status, billing system audit,
∎ Daily verification of Fabric QC Report,
∎ Machine wise productivity,
∎ All types of efficiency,
∎ CAD related work and marker efficiency
∎ Evaluation & Reporting,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ IEP/Process Audit and Textile work experience.
∎ B.Sc in Textile (Apparel manufacturing, Fabric manufacturing and wet processing) get preferable.
∎ Specially BUTEX will get more preference.
∎ ERP based (production software) working experience.
∎ Good Knowledge about MS Word , Excel, PowerPoint.
Salary: Negotiable
