Additional Requirements:
∎ • Masters/Bachelors/Diploma in any discipline from any reputed university
∎ • 5+ year’s practical experience on production floor.
∎ • Printing Sector experience preferred.
∎ • Strong attention to detail.
∎ • Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline.
∎ • Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Manage job runs on a daily basis to ensure high quality and timely production.
∎ • Maintaining people management skills to navigate thru given deadlines and issues.
∎ • Proactively communicate supply chain issues to procurement teams and coordinate solution.
∎ • Documenting, specification, creating production schedule, reports and analysis.
∎ • Labor management.
∎ • Ensuring adherence to corporate mandates/directives, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental and OSHA compliance.
