Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters/Textile Engineer from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect the monthly plan from Production Manager;
∎ Action plan prepare according to the line plan;
∎ Trial done and take approval from buying house;
∎ Ensure Wash test and others physical test satisfactory report at trial stage;
∎ Risk analyses at trial stage and take corrective action at bulk production;
∎ Rejection minimization by the following standard operating procedure;
∎ Target monitoring time to time with the supervisor;
∎ Line balancing according to the style variation;
∎ Motivate the Supervisor and printer;
∎ Monitoring the finishing process and all the parameters should maintain;
∎ Ensure the goods delivery to the sewing line within planned tine;
∎ Ensure the line feeding and maintain WIP if not available cutting than knock to the cutting section for cuts;
∎ To Maintain 5s.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in related field
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical and problem-solving ability
∎ Able to lead and motivate a team
∎ Strategic approach to work in any time and place
∎ Fluent with both in Bangle and English
∎ Self-motivating and hard working
∎ Involving with continues self and department improvement
∎ Persistence and the ability to influence others.
