∎ Supervise daily production process starting from raw materials to finished products
∎ Manage and distribute manpower to achieve target production
∎ Prepare and submit complete production report
∎ Manage quality issues & minimize wastage.
∎ Take care of machine and safety precaution.
∎ Train employees on regulations and industry practices
∎ Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
