Job Context:
∎ We have own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solution, print and packaging industry.
∎ We are looking highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the strong communication with buyers.
∎ Manage the buyer requirement.
∎ Understanding the buyer's requirements.
∎ Understand product specification and art work.
∎ Maintain good communication with S & M, CS and factory production concern.
∎ Understanding printing process and Printing accessories product.
∎ Coordinate consistent information flow for new item development and global product changes with sales force, customer service team, and production and PD team.
∎ Handle inquiry from Sales / CS team and suggest the best production methods in line with desired price points.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of quotation and samplings to sales and hub PD.
∎ Develop and analyze product specifications to determine present standards, propose quality and reliability expectancy of samplings and products.
∎ Deliver optimal service to the specific group of customers / accounts and support best in class execution of global product development.
∎ Support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
∎ Initiate and run projects based on topics given by concern departments.
∎ Work on product re-engineering regularly to improve margin and also give a better quotation support to sales team for business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be well experienced in all garment's accessories product development. Good at buyer sourcing and costing.
∎ Well organized and strong team work.
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed.
∎ Should work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined.
∎ Should have patience and good negotiation capability.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility.
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications.
∎ Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal.
