Job Context:
∎ We have our own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solutions, Printing, and Packaging industry.
∎ We are looking for highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligent, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completely enter the PO in ERP and Create PI within 24 hours.
∎ PI confirmed by the customer before going for production.
∎ Follow-up the production team to maintain the delivery led time.
∎ Artwork needs to be provided to the customers within 48 hours.
∎ Handle all relevant issues with customers in relation to L/C and slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding) and No payment no delivery.
∎ Ensure getting the delivery challan at the time of product delivery.
∎ Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standards.
∎ Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit customers as and when required.
∎ Liaison with the relevant departments to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers.
∎ Assist to clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, comments, and complaints & prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
