∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing plans for the procurement of goods, service and works
∎ Receive and Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested, review current stock, consumption pattern and recommend alternative.
∎ Collect price quotations / Pro-forma Invoice & prepare comparative statement (CS) and get necessary approval from respective authority.
∎ Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from the requisitioning department.
∎ Follow-up and expediting deliveries
∎ Follow-up payments with finance
∎ Cost savings initiative
∎ Supplier development in terms of price, quality and delivery lead time.
∎ Maintain approve supplier list and conduct yearly audit of supplier.
