Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business from a reputed UGC approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asset additions from AP to FA module on daily basis;
∎ Yearly reconciliation of Branch wise Fixed Assets;
∎ Cost adjustment and asset transfer as per requirement;
∎ Ensuring insurance coverage, renewal of policies, and settlements of claims from time to time;
∎ Quarterly/half-yearly asset tagging for all premises of BBL; Calculation of lease accounting as per IFRS-16
∎ Hard copy bill receiving (vendor & staff);
∎ Checking all relevant documents & approval at the time of bill receiving;
∎ Distribute all the bills to team members for payment processing;
∎ Payment execution against i-expense claim through ERP;
∎ Maintaining the updated status of all bills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant field;
∎ Must have good interpersonal/communication skills;
∎ Proficiency in English;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office Package (Advance Excel Training will be preferable);
∎ Knowledge of banking regulations and circulars;
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable to meet deadlines.
