Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicant must have postgraduate/graduate with honour's in any subject from any recognized university. No 3rd division/class or GPA below 2.50 (out of 5.00)/2.00 (out of 4.00) are allowed in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Age at most 33 years as on 30th Sep, 2019. (As per birth date of NID card)
∎ Must have 2 years experience of MSME/SME project in any National level NGO/MFI/Bank or Financial Institution.
∎ Have experience in big loan disbursement & recovery and a mindset for risk analysis.
∎ Candidates must be passionate in sales related activities.
∎ Must be proficient in Customer Relationship Management with skill in market networking in a robust and organizational manner.
∎ Have experience of Microsoft Office application (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.) & internet/e-mail browsing.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Must have good communication skill alongside motivational expertise.
∎ Must have valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Must have mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 22,000/= per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. The benefit like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Two festival allowance, Nobo Borsho allowance (Boishakhy) & Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
