MIS, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Target production vs Actual achievement analysis and prepare report explaining the variation and recommend changes to reconcile the differences.
∎ Coordinate with Quality control department to find the actual scenario and report to management.
∎ Prepare monthly wastage analysis report.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis and reporting of production data.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly machine breakdown data analysis.
∎ Developing summary reports as per managements requirement of Raw cotton stock,Yarn stock,Work in process etc.
∎ Data collection from all the department, check, analysis, compile data & report according to the organizational requirement.
∎ Sharing & submit report to the management.
∎ Measure & calculate daily RAW cotton wastage, Pneumaphil percentage and make report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Spinning sector's Quality Control department along with MIS department will get preferences.
