Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Management/Statistics/Urban and Rural Planning/Public Health/Social Science from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in M&E and/or MIS, preferably with communities and health facilities preferably in the area of sexual and reproductive health among young people.
∎ Knowledge and experience on basic statistics and research methodology, MIS and report writing.
∎ Strong analytical skills and an understanding of monitoring, evaluation and assessment tools to promote evidence-based learning.
∎ Experience in contributing to research and evaluations, especially for health programs.
∎ Quantitative and qualitative research skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel; Proficiency in SPSS will be an added advantage
