Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Fuel/Petroleum
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market survey, prepare marketing strategy; competitor analysis; and innovative idea of promoting the product and services.
∎ Develop and execute a sales plan and customer's coverage plan to achieve agreed upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets yearly.
∎ Visit target customers on a regular basis to promote “essenza” lubricants, initiate new projects, obtain new approvals and generate new business for “essenza” lubricant.
∎ Technical sales presentations to customers to promote “essenza” Lubricant.
∎ Follow-up on sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers.
∎ To prepare periodic sales and market reports according to the market segment-wise.
∎ To assist departmental Head in sales budgeting and pricing issues.
∎ Initiate the field visit to learn more about plant lubrication & oil analysis application.
∎ Ability to work under stress & extensive traveling as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and smart
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office Application and good typing speed
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
