Experience:

• Communicate with respective business partners/ buyers regarding product development, costing, sampling, and order execution.

• Prepare and review cost sheets, negotiate prices, and confirm orders with buyers.

• Coordinate with the design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure timely sample development.

• Follow up on material sourcing (fabrics, trims, accessories) with supply chain department and ensure on-time availability.

• Prepare and maintain necessary documents: Bill of Material (BOM), Sales Contract, time & action (TNA) calendars.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements (quality standards, testing, packaging, labeling).

• Handle buyer visits, meetings, and audits as required.

• Work closely with commercial and logistics teams for LC (Letter of Credit), banking, and shipping documentation.

• Maintain updated reports on orders, shipments, and payments.
