Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with respective business partners/ buyers regarding product development, costing, sampling, and order execution.
Prepare and review cost sheets, negotiate prices, and confirm orders with buyers.
Coordinate with the design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure timely sample development.
Follow up on material sourcing (fabrics, trims, accessories) with supply chain department and ensure on-time availability.
Prepare and maintain necessary documents: Bill of Material (BOM), Sales Contract, time & action (TNA) calendars.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements (quality standards, testing, packaging, labeling).
Handle buyer visits, meetings, and audits as required.
Work closely with commercial and logistics teams for LC (Letter of Credit), banking, and shipping documentation.
Maintain updated reports on orders, shipments, and payments.
