• Minimum LL.B. from any reputed institution.

We are looking for a dynamic talent as Officer - Legal experienced in handling legal issues independently.

Job location will be Head Office, Gulshan - 2, Dhaka // Factory, Gazipur.

• Review all types of legal notices and reply on behalf of Pretty Group.
• Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
• Provide advice on Corporate Office and Factory legal issues.
• Maintain and coordinate all the Labour Court cases like Cases at BLC, Criminal Cases of Labour Court, and other civil issues & Cases.
• Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
• Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures regarding legal issues.
• Review and advise management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they comply with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Coordinate with the Legal Advisor any kind of company legal issue.
• Keep records of all kinds of legal files.

Miss Cases and Civil Cases have to be Handled. The Areas are:

• Mouza Kendua, Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj.
• Mouja-chaydana, Tauknagar, Mahna Bhavanipur, Dakshin Salna, Piruzali, Dogri, Sripur, Kapasia, Jaydevpur, Gazipur.
• Mouza- Satarkul, Bara Beraid, Badda, Dhaka.
• Mouza- Diakhali, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
• Mouza – Jangalia, Pirojpur, Bajkashara, Nabiganj, Habiganj,Sylhet.
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
