1.      Must have experience in maintaining the Mouza wari land related documents, survey record, mouza map, Title/ Bia deed, land Record and khotian, Land registration, Mutation & digital survey etc.

2.      Strong understanding of land laws, registration processes, and property rights.

3.      Experienced in Real Estate field/ Land project based organization.

4.      Smart, energetic, ability to work under pressure.

5.      Should have computer literacy (MS word/ Excel/ Bijoy Bangla/English)Excellent communication skill

1.      Assisted in managing land records, ownership documents, and property registration. legal dispute related to land. Common examples include and Surveyor.

2.      Measuring land, preparing maps, demarcating boundaries, updating khatian, porcha, mutation records, preparing and registering deeds (sale, gift, lease, mortgage),

3.      Ensuring new ownership is recorded in government records, distribution of khas land, agricultural use planning, urban planning,  khajna (land tax), lease, settlement , proving title/ownership in court, survey evidence in court cases, succession laws (Muslim, Hindu, Christian laws depending on religion), illegal occupation, trespass, encroachment, rehabilitation under land acquisition laws, fake deeds, double sale, forged signatures, drafting deeds, agreements, affidavits, wills.

4.      Responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features for planning, construction, legal, or design purposes.

5.      Provide data used for land development, infrastructure projects and legal obligations.

6.      Land purchasing, relevant document vetting, Land registration, Mutation, handling of disputes related to land and Land Development.

7.      Determine and confirm legal property boundaries for deeds and development.

8.      Mark out construction reference points and levels based on design plans.

9.      Work on-site, collaborating with legal experts, engineers, and architects to ensure land use aligns with legal and design requirements.

10.  To do land survey, land transfer and registration, CS/ SA/ RS/BDS, Faraz and chain, map / porcha, online mutation/ khazna, payment system, Miss case etc. Enough Knowledge on new DAP with FAR calculation.

11.  Maintains the Mouza-wari land-related documents, survey record, mouza map, Title/ Bia deed, land Record, and khotian.

12.  Handling legal disputes, negotiating settlements, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

13.  Negotiating with landowners, community members, and other stakeholders.

14.  Inform management time to time regarding land-related activities.

15.  Coordinate with external lawyers, advocates, and legal consultants.

16.  Maintain records of all litigation, correspondence, and settlements.
