∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To visit prime locations and search for suitable lands.
∎ To communicate with the land Owner.Maintain good liaison with the land Owners.
∎ Set periodic indoor & outdoor meetings with land Owners.
∎ Collect all land-related documents like Dolil, via Dolil, khotian, porcha, succession certificates, possession, Mutation-related documents, Case documents (if any), etc.Provide land documents to the vetting department.
∎ Maintain liaison with different Government offices such as RAJUK, local Land office, Ministry of Land, etc.To verify the current land price, deed of the land, and Dagh number accuracy of the proposed land.
∎ Negotiate the price with the land owners in favor of the company.Ensuring land acquisition on the spot.
∎ Collect Land records from the local land office or district record office.Any other task assigned by the superior of the department.
