Job Context:
∎ S. A GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is looking for an experienced person for the position of Officer- Lab, in its Factory (Atta, Moida, Shuji) Chattogram.
∎ Job Location : Chattogram (the applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Chattogram)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bulk flour loading and Tanker & Truck cleanliness inspection and Checking.
∎ Ensure bulk loading procedure is followed while performing bulk loading.
∎ Assist in testing flour and wheat requirements.
∎ Assist in batching flour testing.
∎ Warehouse bagged flour aging checking & subsequent follow up measures request.
∎ Ensuring the testing procedure is followed, quality & inspection record update timely.
∎ Perform the physical & chemical analysis of incoming raw materials
∎ Perform the physical & chemical analysis of all kind of finished product
∎ To know Solution preparation for various test such Gluten, proteins, SV, Falling number, Ash, Moisture, etc.
∎ Monitoring raw materials warehouse and finish goods warehouse condition and FIFO system
∎ Supervise to Subordinate.
∎ TO assist all superior for smooth quality.
∎ Collect Raw materials sample from vehicle.
∎ Checking the raw materials when unloading
∎ Collect finished goods sample randomly from the production packing area
∎ Wash the laboratory glassware and apparatus
∎ Clean the laboratory properly
∎ To be aware of the risk of any chemical use in the laboratory and maintaining a safety System.
∎ To take care of all instruments used in the laboratory.
∎ Timely informing to QC Manager/Miller / Plant head if any abnormalities or out spec observed of above tasks.
∎ Ensuring that all security, safety and health aspects including its rules and regulations are well enforced and adhered to at all time.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Flour Mill sector Experienced should be preferable.
∎ At least 2 years of working experience in flour milling industry.
Salary: Negotiable
