Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor DHU & Traffic Light System.
∎ Implementation of KPI (Quality related). Maintaining initial, inline & final inspection from sewing to finishing section.
∎ Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and others.
∎ Ensure good quality of garments & on-time delivery.
∎ Facilities proactive solution by collecting and analyzing quality data.
∎ Having capabilities to solve against all kind quality related problems by doing root cause, analysis & corrective action plan proactively.
∎ Ensure all legal standard are met.
∎ '0' thread implement in sewing line.
∎ Communicate with external quality assurance officers during the on-site inspection.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

The Company is the sole agent and Distributor of Metabo & Hitachi-Germany, 3M-USA, Fischer GmbH & Co.KG, Germany in Bangladesh.
