Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with different organizations across the industry and perform industry visits for internships and placements.
∎ Provide career counseling to the students.
∎ Look for job and internship opportunities for students.
∎ Review trainee's resumes in order to learn about their educational qualifications, work experience, and other skills.
∎ Conduct candidate interviews to learn about their abilities and efficiency.
∎ Understand the candidate's interests and requirements before seeking a job for him or her.
∎ Help the candidates write their resumes.
∎ Prepare the candidates for interviews.
∎ Suggest vocational courses for the trainees to improve their job prospects.
∎ Keep in touch with clients from different organizations in order to stay updated with the new job openings that come up.
∎ Provide tips on succeeding in the interview.
∎ Provide suggestions on how to maintain a good position and grow further within the organization.
∎ Maintain a proper database of prospective candidates and placed students.
∎ Lead to arrange a MoA & MoU with potential organizations.
∎ Arrange industry visits for the students at the potential organizations.
∎ Assist the principal in upholding the vision and mission of the job placement cell of the institution.
∎ Performing any other related duties or responsibilities as and when necessary.
∎ Coordinate the training programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Keep all related records and tracks of trainees during the training programs.
∎ Assist the accounts department in preparing invoices.
∎ Maintain liaison with donor agencies.
∎ Arrange assessment.
∎ Conduct follow-up classes as co-trainers.
∎ Maintain good terms with lead-trainers.
∎ Assist the principal in upholding the vision and mission of the training organization of the institution.
∎ Performing any other related duties or responsibilities as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a technical and vocational skills development program or related experience in a related field
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills with competence
∎ Highly developed and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious relationships with staff, faculty, students, alumni, representatives of other institutions etc.
∎ Must be presentable
