Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct weekly 22- to 26-hour workload as lectures and tutorials
∎ Lesson plan or course outline preparation and get them approved by HOD
∎ Conduct practical and workshop courses
∎ Question preparation, evaluation answer scripts and publishing results
∎ Quiz, class test, and viva
∎ Class routine preparation and invigilation during midterm and semester final exam
∎ Guide LAB demonstrator and LAB manual preparation
∎ Develop and apply innovative teaching approaches and materials to enable learning and enthuse students. Apply digital
∎ methodologies for class conduction
∎ Prepare grade sheets and student databases and maintain good relations with students
∎ Assist the Head of the Department (HOD) and Coordinator
∎ Report to the Head of the Department (HOD) on a daily basis before leaving the campus, and update the deliverables assigned by the Head & Coordinator in email as frequently as possible.
∎ Curriculum development for short courses or lifelong skills
∎ Conduct classes for short courses or lifelong skills and ensure proper assessment
∎ Daily time reporting in the portal
∎ Escalate issues in the proper channel
∎ Act as guide teacher for multiple batches
∎ One-to-one counseling
∎ Keep relations with parents or guardians and update them from time to time about students activities
∎ Arrange a parent meeting
∎ Spare an hour daily for student counseling
∎ Assist institution with revenue collection
∎ Keep in touch with industries and find prospective companies
∎ Arrange an industrial visit and in-house seminars or lectures by a resource person
∎ Ensure industrial attachment for students
∎ Supervise industrial report
