Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems on desktop and laptop computers.
∎ Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues across all user departments and factories, including OIL & OTL, ensuring smooth IT operations.
∎ Configure and manage Outlook email accounts for users.
∎ Monitor and maintain the server room, ensuring optimal performance and security.
∎ Provide technical support for all desktop and laptop users as per the instructions of the IT Head.
∎ Manage and maintain user PCs, IP phone networks, and IT infrastructure across the entire factory premises, including OIL & OTL.
∎ Administer and support the attendance management system, including both hardware devices and software applications.
∎ Oversee the access control system for the OIL factory, ensuring smooth operation and security.
∎ Monitor and maintain the CCTV surveillance system across all factory locations, ensuring continuous operation and security compliance.
∎ Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, across OIL & OTL factories.
∎ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP phones and the phone server, ensuring seamless communication.
∎ Set up and manage MikroTik routers and Cisco switches, including bandwidth allocation and network optimization for all users.
∎ Maintain and oversee the core network router for all factory locations, ensuring connectivity and reliability.
∎ Handle job advertisement postings on BDJobs.com and other recruitment platforms as required.
∎ Assist in payroll management by ensuring IT-related processes run smoothly.
