Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get the highest productivity using IE method/tools.
∎ Identify & remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates.
∎ Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and follow up unskilled operators.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing technician and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job
∎ Documentation of daily production report.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine broken report etc.
∎ Time- study, capacity study, production study follow up.
∎ Follow production plan effectively without any delay.
∎ Ensure predefined backup plan for any unexpected situations.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
∎ Lead the team, supervise and train the junior colleagues/workers/operators and helper.
∎ Analyze to reduce cost and wastage efficiently.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Strong leadership and team management skill as well as Ability to Work Under Pressure,
