∎ Tertiary, Degree in IE or any science discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations using GSD tools and techniques.
∎ Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.
∎ Analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process.
∎ Check the cutting production; sewing production; absenteeism; print and embroidery; cutting balance, non productive report; and compile reports on progress of work and production problems.
∎ Assist in carrying out feasibility study for purchasing new machine/equipment.
∎ Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met. Prepare skill inventory for the operator.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Supply the SMV information to Merchandising team for costing purpose.
∎ Arrange technical and pre-production meeting with production, Quality, Merchandising and PD team before new style/input are given in line.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure dynamic skill assessment of the operators
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery),
∎ Knowledge of related production process ,
∎ Up to date knowledge on related equipment/machineries.
