Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Opportunity -
∎ Officer – HRIS plays a pivotal role in the HR team, mainly being engaged in staff relations, communicating updates, disseminating key information, responding to general queries regarding staff welfare, pay, benefits, and other entitlements as well as pertaining change in contract letters on increment, allocations, and allowances. S/he guides staff in interpreting policies and procedures, ensures complaint submission of routine HR-related tasks e.g., timesheet/ effort reporting, medical claims, etc., and facilitates the exit procedure. Reporting to the Manager – Human Resources in CXB area office and closely collaborating with the HRIS team in country offices, s/he ensures staff databases are updated and maintained properly, all relevant HRIS reports are duly generated, and relevant internal and external stakeholders are communicated with all the required information on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably with nonprofit organization(s)
∎ Demonstrated capacity in HR data management, documentation, and reporting
∎ Familiarity with HRIS management software like Oracle ERP would be advantageous
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information with highest level of confidentiality
∎ Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking, problems-solving skills, and a service-focused mindset
∎ Strong command over computer operation and MS Office suite; Bengali typing skill is a plus
