Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will be added an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving, Team Building Skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Micro-Credit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Receive & review the Purchase Requisition (PR) and proceed to procure the goods & services as per RIC procurement Policy & guidelines.
∎ • Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and get approval from authority for circulation to the enlisted suppliers.
∎ • Quotation receives, initiate bid opening within the time and review with procurement committee.
∎ • Prepare Comparative Statement (CS), Work Order (WO), contract award, monitor delivery lead time, materials receive and proceed the payment process.
∎ • Conduct market survey to ensure competitive price for purchase goods & services.
∎ • Assist to organize procurement committee meeting and keep record of meeting minutes.
∎ • Ensure competitive bidding process to maintain compliance of RIC and donor requirement.
∎ • Assist to prepare tender documents, check BoQ, scope of works, ToR, evaluation of proposal etc.
∎ • Assist to organize pre-bid meeting with vendors and take efficient measures as per guidelines.
∎ • Ensure the procurement of Office maintenance & repair related goods and service.
∎ • Assist to vehicle repair & maintenance related process and materials purchase.
∎ • Ensure and manage adequate office supplies & stationeries for Central Office.
∎ • Ensure monthly stock report for all items of Central Office and periodic physical verification of inventory and fixed asset in collaboration with concern department.
∎ • Ensure value for money for each and every procurement maintaining the policy and guidelines.
∎ • Maintain close collaboration with assigned projects/department to ensure the requirements.
∎ • Provide assistance to internal and external auditor, consultants, Researchers, Donors and other visitors with information, documents and make necessary coordination.
∎ • Keep procurement documents of soft/hard copy for future audit.
∎ • Any others duties assigned by supervisor if required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ As per organizational policy.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 37000 - 42250 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly salary before conformation BDT. 37,000/- and after confirmation BDT. 42,250/-
