∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Must have more than 03 years of working experience in a large factory.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office. Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive material requisition from production/Maintenance and create PR.
∎ Correct receipt of raw materials, consumables & others.
∎ Supervise the unloading works of heavy materials.
∎ Arrange QC for raw materials.
∎ Prepare Goods Receive Note (GRN) on SAP for raw materials.
∎ Issue raw materials to production on time.
∎ Receive and issue tools & equipment and maintain ledger/register.
∎ Contact with SCM & vendors for QC rejected materials and make necessary arrangements for replacement.
∎ Follow-up SCM for pending materials against PR.
∎ Check stock position and re-order level regularly.
∎ Prepare gate pass for outgoing materials.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and security of the store.
