∎ 3-5 years in dealing with sourcing both from local and foreign suppliers
∎ Very good communication skill in English and Bangla (both verbal and written)
∎ Good interpersonal skill
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package
∎ Working experience in textile industry may be an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct sourcing activities as per the requirements.
∎ Process requisitions received from business units
∎ Source materials, collect offers from vendors, prepare comparative statement
∎ Evaluate offers and negotiate for work order finalization
∎ Prepare necessary data and information for opening of L/C
∎ Correspond with vendors both in English and Bangla
∎ Maintain effective relationship with vendors for sourcing at a competitive price
∎ Negotiate contract terms and conditions before selection of supplier.
∎ Follow-up with the suppliers till delivery of materials and take corrective actions if discrepancies are found.
∎ Maintain the supplier database, procurement records, and related documentation
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management
