∎ Must have advanced understanding of the warehousing and inventory management best practices.
∎ MUST have at least 6 years of progressive experience in veterinary storage, logistics, fleet management or transportation.
∎ Must have a clear understanding of the SFDA veterinary requirements.Prior experience in Manufacturing and Logistics.
∎ Excellent knowledge of warehousing and inventoryprocedures.Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for controlling warehouses practices such as SKU sorting & classification, coding, palletization, put away in specified bins, warehouse capacity utilization, temperature & storage conditions and warehousing tools best deployment assuring safety and quality measure.
∎ Responsible for ensuring product cards are always updated and placed at the right pallet and bins inside the warehouse linked to the inventory at system and reports at all times.
∎ Responsible for controlling inventory movement physically, on the system & the documents and on reports daily while assuring zero variances at all times.
∎ Responsible for managing inventory life cycle inside the warehouse.Responsible for assuring proper receiving, dispatching and transfer of material while capturing the weights and inventory conditions at all movements as per given timelines in the SOP’s.
∎ Ensure the process of receiving, dispatching and transfer are well coordinated with internal cross functional departments avoiding any delay in the process.
∎ Ensure the documentations for GRN, GDN and GTN are always updated and matching the physical inventory.
∎ Manage the inventory FIFO methodology while reporting on a weekly basis the stock expiration and aging days.
∎ Work cross functionally to define the fast-moving items, slow-moving items, consumables, minimum stock level and maximum stock level basis ABC Analysis.
∎ Control and manage the stock level within the specified minimum and maximum level.
∎ Responsible for arranging warehousing availability based on the incoming material plan.
∎ Ensuring POs are receipts on time while coordinating the necessary approvals internally (i.e. Q.C, maintenance…etc.).
∎ Ensure end-users and concerned departments are informed about the inventory level daily.Responsible to always comply with SFDA regulations while achieving business sustainability.
∎ Manage warehouse access to authorized persons only and ensure safety of any person inside the warehouses.
∎ Coordinate the handling equipment’s operations with Feedco’s fleet & transportation unit while assuring safety of warehousing & inventory practices, safety standards and handling equipment safety.
