Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents, and end customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Travel to various locations across Bangladesh to meet, build rapport, and maintain public relations (PR) with prospective individuals and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services and value proposition to potential clients and candidates.
- Design and implement effective execution plans to achieve business objectives and recruitment targets.
- Handle all customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of any issues to guarantee a seamless experience.
- Work closely with team members to enhance service quality, innovate processes, and contribute to a positive and high-achieving work environment.
