Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Must have advanced understanding of the warehousing and inventory management best practices.
- MUST have at least 3 years of progressive experience in spare parts store and logistics in warehousing and material storage, logistics.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing and Logistics.
- Excellent knowledge of warehousing and inventory procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent English language (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for daily inventory movement of materials while reporting accurate inventories.
- Responsible to conduct proper receiving and dispatching as per defined SOP’s while maintaining on-time GRN, GDN and GTN.
- Responsible for controlling inventory movement physically, on the system & the documents and on reports daily while assuring zero variances at all times.
- Responsible to conduct proper& accurate warehousing practices such as SKU sorting & classification, coding, palletization, put away in specified bins, warehouse capacity utilization, temperature & storage conditions and warehousing tools best deployment assuring safety and quality measure.
- Responsible for ensuring product cards are always updated and placed at the right pallet and bins inside the warehouse linked to the inventory at system and reports at all times.
- Responsible for receiving, dispatching and transfer are well coordinated with internal cross functional departments avoiding any delay in the process.
- Responsible to work cross functionally to define the fast-moving items, slow-moving items, consumables, minimum stock level and maximum stock level basis ABC Analysis.
- Responsible for controlling the stock level within the specified minimum and maximum level.
- Responsibility for the inventory FIFO methodology implementation while reporting on a weekly basis the stock expiration and aging days.
- Responsible for POs receipts on time while coordinating the necessary approvals internally (i.e. production, Q.C, maintenance…etc.) without any delay and as per defined KPI’s.
- Responsible for receiving the returned material from production, loans as per the SOP.
- Responsible to control receiving of damaged/broken spare part before issuing new part to internal cross functional department (i.e. production, maintenance, workshop…etc.).
- Responsible for controlling scrap warehouse and inventory as per defined SOP’s.
- Responsible for reconciling used spare parts at scrap warehouse and spare parts warehouse and report variances periodically as per allocated end-user department.
- Responsible to maintain access to authorized persons only and ensure safety of any person inside the warehouses.
- Highlight and flag any abnormality in case of stock receiving and/or withdrawals (i.e. consumption).
