∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source Yarn, Fabrics & Accessories from local & foreign sources as per requirement.
∎ Develop and procure quality trims & accessories as per buyer requirements.
∎ Collect samples from suppliers/ vendors and send to Merchandising dept. & Designing team.
∎ Negotiate price & approval by considering quality, test parameters, also from buyer approval & payment terms.
∎ Create comparative statement & take approval from Merchandising Head. Collect SO from merchandiser & create purchase order as per requirement.
∎ Collect PI from vendors/ suppliers
∎ Submit PI & PO along with approved CS & all necessary documents to Audit dpt. for audit pass.
∎ Follow up LC, party acceptance with commercial.
∎ Ensure on time delivery /in-house of placed Purchase orders
∎ Regular basis follow-up with vendors and store for effective delivery plan
∎ Provide LC/TT/FDD to suppliers/ vendors.
∎ Collect shipping documents from suppliers and responsible to pick up goods.
∎ Identify & developed to pool of potential new supplier for garments Accessories/Trims and fabric based on price, quality & service provided.
∎ Co-operate with Quality team and planning team for smooth operation.
∎ Visit suppliers’ factories to check work-condition evaluation and conduct competitive analysis.
∎ Maintain and build up sustainable relationship with suppliers.
∎ Maintain daily transaction report and send update file to Team Lead.
