∎ MUST have at least 7 years of progressive experience in sourcing & procurement particularly.
∎ Must have CIPS Level 4Experience in indirect procurement.
∎ Excellent knowledge of sourcing and procurement.
∎ Excellent analytical skills.Excellent English language (speaking, reading and writing).

∎ Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, at all levels are essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end source to pay cycle (S2P) for indirect materials category.
∎ Responsible for supply market analysis per category/product/service.
∎ Qualifying suppliers and continuously working on potential suppliers identification for best value generation to Feedco.
∎ Develop and continuously update the suppliers database.Manage procurement requirements internally and cross functionally to achieve leverage in procurement.
∎ Coordinate the procurement plan with requesting departments to accomplish purchase requisition (PR).
∎ Manage the contract life cycle while assuring alignment internally and externally.
∎ Develop and formulate contracts suiting Feedco’s business needs and interest as well as adhering to local and international regulations and legislation.
∎ Maintain SLAswith qualified and approved suppliers and contractors to achieve standardization in Feedco’s requirements as well as streamlining business requirements operations.Responsible for end-to-end management for RFX’s procedures.
∎ Maintain continues update on the market prices, market dynamics and cost drivers.
∎ Formulating cost drivers for the material and services intended to procure while positioning and coordinating procurement events at the optimum time generating value and cost savings to Feedco.
∎ Identifying risk elements associated with every procurement event or supply market.
∎ Responsible for mitigating, controlling and managing supply risk as well as continuously monitoring risk sensitivity.
∎ Responsible for developing and formulating negotiation plan for every procurement event (BATNA &WATNA) in advance and assure acquisition of the most competitive and optimum prices.
∎ Negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers to ensure that service, quality, added value, total cost, security of supply and the deployment of the supplier’s capabilities in innovation are secured.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers the cost, delivery, after sales service and payment term to fulfill the requirements OTIF and achieve financial savings.
∎ Analyze the commercial offers, create competitiveness through negotiation, and justify any purchases (cost, time quantity, awarded supplier…etc.).
∎ Responsible for maintaining end-user’s requirements OTIF with optimal cost and the required quality.
∎ Process purchase orders and follow up on the receiving process and ensure suppliers payments accomplished on time and as agreed.
∎ Analyze the commercial offers, create competitiveness through negotiation, and justify any procurement (cost, time, quantity, awarded supplier…etc.).
∎ Responsible to ensure necessary approvals are in place before finalizing procurement and initiate commitment liabilities.
∎ Ensure that all materials and services are supplied in accordance to budget, standard specification or technical acceptance.
∎ Align logistics execution and warehouses on the documentation and incoming materials.
∎ Align with end-users on the delivery of the requested materials/services and providing regular update on their requirements.
∎ Responsible to ensure ethical practices and sustainability are adopted in all stages of procurement’s.
∎ Daily, monthly and annual report on the purchases, prices, volumes and payments as well as to report supplier performance and appraisal according to the executed orders and contracts.
∎ Ensure and follow the procurement policies and procedures of archiving and documentation.
∎ Manage and develop supplier relationships and ongoing negotiations, for the procurement category and subcategories, using leading practice procurement tools (such as cost trend analysis, price change analysis and supplier performance reviews) to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service and quality; keep internal customers informed and involved in ongoing supplier management.
∎ Optimizing the use of procurement spend by identifying best practices and leveraging spend for the procurement category and subcategories.
