∎ Candidates with practical experience in ERP/ other software-based procurement & purchase activities will get preference.
∎ Negotiation skills with vendors/Suppliers.
∎ Good Command of verbal & written communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Practical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
∎ Data Management Skill.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Local Procurement

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need Basic Knowledge of Local Procurement, Procurement Compliance, and procedures.
∎ Collect/Process requisition as per requirements from various Departments.
∎ Collect quotation from different suppliers, prepare CS.
∎ Issue PO to respective supplier, follow up orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Review quality & Quantity of purchased products according to PO.
∎ Collect bills, delivery challan and others documents submitted by vendors and make approval from authority & adjustment in due time.
∎ Create new Vendor pool
∎ Generate regular procurement reports, metrics, monitor key trends, and provide insights to senior management.
∎ Job Context: The above grade/position will be offered to a deserving candidate depending on experience and competencies.
