We, an 100% export -oriented Garments Manufacturing company, are looking for a potential Officer for the supply chain management to ensure on time supply management regarding raw materials (Fabrics, TRIMS, Accessories), on time shipment. ·        

We are producing ready made garments for the Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and other concern of the globe and dealing with the reputed buyers. The primary responsibility of the role profile is to ensure on time supply of fabrics, TRIMS, Accessories from foreign (mostly) and local with a competitive price and maintain timeline of shipment

·         Directly work partnering with planning team to produce order planning & control based on the order cycle to meet shipment flaw

·         Directly work partnering with merchandising team from the development stage to ensure on time raw material support for development, sample and bulk production

·         Directly collaborate with the production operations function to ensure and proactive insight for the ship in time.

·         Directly working with the management to ensure order flaw on track

·         Ensure supply chain echo system to keep the cost of material effective and efficient

·         Providing efficient supply chain solutions: Consensus Raw & Packaging Materials supply & demand planning, forecasting, sourcing, production planning & control based on sales forecast and customer demand data for giving accurate production targets to factories.

·         Ensure sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from the right, reputed & reliable vendors by following the existing policy of the company

·         Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.

·         Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

·         Any other duties assigned by Management.
