Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the quality system (GQS) requirements related to his/her job functions - Understanding the Quality System: Documentation, work method, and internal and external customer expectations related to a process, product or service.
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and other system requirements in consultation with the various departments, recommend improvement to existing procedures and standardizes forms used in preparation to and as a requirement for System certification.
∎ Coordinate with the various departments of company in regard to QMS certification.
∎ Prepare training and presentation materials for the purpose of GQS implementation.
∎ Maintain and control records and documents of GQS.
∎ Update GQS Master Guide, Master Folder accordingly.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
∎ Do translation process on the purpose of GQS document standardization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Able to work in fast-moving, multiple-task and team environments with high tolerance for change
∎ Very strong organizational skills
∎ Autonomous, meticulous and has a strong sense of initiative
∎ Entrepreneurial spirit and good judgment
Salary:
