Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Revitalizing health management committees/ community groups;
∎ Advocacy meeting with Upazila Parishad/Union;
∎ Training of front line workers & community support groups/committees and equip with relevant logistics/materials;
∎ Project inception workshop at district & Upazilla level;
∎ Facilitate generation of fund by community contribution and or union parishad budget;
∎ Miking for promotion;
∎ Enhance capacities and skills on leadership/negotiations of women/girls through training and peer support;
∎ Folk song for raising awareness on MNCAHN-FP;
∎ Engagement of youth group/social group for promotion of MNCAHN-FP;
∎ Organize day observation event for raising community awareness on MNCAHN-FP issues and available services through organizing community events and distribution of printed materials;
∎ Monthly performance review meeting of DGHS, DGFP, CHCP at upazilla level;
∎ Monthly staff meeting at district level;
∎ CHW Activity Follow up;
∎ Reporting;
∎ Collaboration with Govt. and others;
∎ LGI Activities;
∎ Bill voucher Adjustment;
∎ Receive Advance;
∎ Event Report;
∎ Receive Materials for Implement Program Activities;

∎ RDRS Bangladesh is going to implement Strengthening the Maternal and Neonatal Health System in Rangpur, Bangladesh Project in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat District supported by Save The Children International (SCI).
