∎ Receiving and answering the calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person.
∎ Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every customer.
∎ Dispatch all kinds of letters and receive & distribute as well.
∎ Sort and distribute incoming mails, emails and handle outgoing mails & emails.
∎ Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
∎ Maintain meeting room & event inside office premise.
∎ Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
∎ Able to perform data entry and basic IT support.
∎ Coordination between companies to perform administrative tasks.
∎ Other duties as and when required by the management.
